Film icon Elizabeth Taylor, has died of congestive heart failure this morning at 79. Elizabeth Taylor won two Oscars and was nominated for three others. Her most memorable films are "A Place In The Sun," "Giant" and "Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf," but the film role she'll be most known for is "Cleopatra." That film is considered to be the most expensive American film ever made. Critics however consider "A Place In The Sun," which won six Oscars and was nominated for three more to be her best film.
Elizabeth Taylor was most famous for her marriages, having eight marriages to seven husbands. Her first marriage was to Conrad Hilton Jr. when she was 18, and final to mulleted construction worker Larry Fortensky.
