Lindsay Lohan Regects Ple Deal

Troubled celeb Lindsay Lohan has apparently rejected a plea deal on her felony grand theft case, and is choosing to instead to go to trial. Lohan wants to defend herself against the charges that she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store. If she had accepted a plea deal, she would have been placed on 3 years probation, now she faces possible jail time.

Elizabeth Taylor Dies at 79


Film icon Elizabeth Taylor, has died of congestive heart failure this morning at 79. Elizabeth Taylor won two Oscars and was nominated for three others. Her most memorable films are  "A Place In The Sun," "Giant" and "Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf," but the film role she'll be most known for is "Cleopatra." That film is considered to be the most expensive American film ever made. Critics however consider "A Place In The Sun," which won six Oscars and was nominated for three more to be her best film.

   Elizabeth Taylor was most famous for her marriages, having eight marriages to seven husbands. Her first marriage was to Conrad Hilton Jr. when she was 18, and final to mulleted construction worker Larry Fortensky.

Chris Brown is now a Blonde

In case you were unaware of it, Chris Brown is now blonde.
The controversial singer took to his Twitter account to post a new picture of himself dinning at a restaurant with some pals with a Sisqo/Amber Rose inspired hair color.
Chris accompanied the twitpic with the following tweet “look at me now.”
Indeed most of his fans did take a little time to look at him and rapidly mocked his crazy fashion sense calling him funny names like Chrisqo (a mixture of Sisqo and Chris) and Patty Mayonnaise.
Why did Breezy dye his hair ?
No one knows for sure, but rumors claimed he is trying to create buzz around the upcoming release of his fourth CD called “F.A.M.E” out on March 22nd.

Aristide is Back in Haiti

 After being exiled from Haiti, former Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide is back. Aristide has been exiled in South Africa since 2004 and returned to Haiti on Friday, March 18, one day before the second round of the presidential election in the country.

Aristide gave a lengthy speech upon his arrival hinting at a possible return to politics and denouncing the exclusion of his political party,the Lavalas. 
Aristide was warned not to return by France and the United States, he however remains very popular, with  thousands of his supporters coming to welcome him.

Tsunami waves Brushes Hawaii and the East Coast

Tsunami waves swamped Hawaii beaches and brushed the U.S. western coast spawned by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan today. 
Kauai was the first of the Hawaiian islands struck by the tsunami, water rushed ashore at least 11 feet high near Kealakekua Bay, on the west side of the Big Island. Flooding was reported on Maui, and water washed up on roadways on the Big Island.
